In-House Training Program/One-on-One Training
Our one-on-one training is our most successful and highly recommended program at Beyond The Chair. This program gives our clients consistent access to our Certified Neuro-Fitness Specialists who create personalized exercise programs throughout the duration of their training. Our staff tracks progress by using a variety of functional scales and will refine programs as needed. This program is designed for clients who are able commit the time and resources to commuting to our San Antonio, TX facility or those who plan on long-term relocation.

All Access Membership
This all access package allows members to use many of the facilities equipment Tuesdays through Fridays from 9am-6pm. This package does not include one-on-one training.

Group Exercise Class
Beyond The Chair’s group exercise class is a self-paced 45 minute workout offered on Saturdays. It is designed to burn calories, help increase strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and decrease pain to enhance your overall wellbeing! It emphasizes the major muscle groups of the upper extremity and core necessary to perform daily functional activities, and prevent the onset of shoulder pain. Joining this class gives the participant the opportunity to meet other people and train together towards a common fitness goal.
This program is not to be confused with physical therapy, as for it is a post-rehab program specifically designed to complement and improve the client's level of function after discharge from rehab services. Beyond The Chair does not purport to provide any aspects of treatment or diagnosis of our clients' medical conditions. Our program is strictly and nothing more than a supervised safe and effective exercise program. We strongly believe that our training program is a great approach to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness.
